Calibration Service

This folder contains calibration procedures for qualified service personnel working with Elebia products. It includes detailed step-by-step instructions for: encoder calibration for evo series hooks (ensuring accurate position feedback for opening and closing mechanisms), encoder calibration for C5 clamps (for proper clamping force and release timing), and load cell calibration via eMAX remote control (for accurate weight measurement and display functionality). These procedures require specialized knowledge, access to service menus (e.g., eMAX master menu), and must be performed only by authorized and qualified service technicians. Incorrect calibration can result in unsafe operation, inaccurate load readings, or damage to the equipment and may void the product warranty. This folder serves as a technical reference for qualified service personnel responsible for maintaining calibration accuracy on Elebia hooks and clamps.
