7. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does the inspection take?
A: Approximately 60 seconds for a complete visual check.

Q: Do I need to open the hook covers?
A: No. The pre-use inspection is external only. Opening covers should only be done by qualified service personnel.

Q: What if the battery charge indicator shows 50%?
A: The hook can still be used, but charge the battery soon or have a spare ready.

Q: What if the hook makes a single beep instead of two beeps when moving?
A: The hook may need calibration. It is still safe to use, but report it for service.

Q: What if the safety latch is rigid ?
A: Some hook models have a fixed (rigid) safety latch. The check for "free movement" does not apply to these models. Skip that check.
