This folder also covers: how to identify part numbers from exploded view diagrams (matching visual references to order codes), how to request spare parts via email or support ticket (including required information such as hook model, serial number, and part number), and recommended spare parts by model (commonly replaced components such as safety latches, lock pins, batteries, antennas, and bumpers). This folder serves as a reference for maintenance technicians, qualified service personnel, spare parts managers, and customers who need to identify and order replacement components for Elebia equipment.
