Load Cell Service

This folder contains load cell service procedures for qualified personnel working with Elebia automatic hooks equipped with weight measurement functionality. It includes detailed step-by-step instructions for: changing the load cell on evo series hooks (removal of old or damaged load cell and installation of replacement), load cell installation tutorial (proper mounting, alignment, wiring connections, and mechanical integration), and load cell calibration (using eMAX remote control to zero, span, and verify accurate weight readings). These procedures require specialized knowledge of load cell technology, access to service menus (e.g., eMAX master menu), and appropriate calibration weights or test equipment. Incorrect execution can lead to inaccurate weight readings, unsafe lifting conditions, damage to the load cell or hook, or voiding of the product warranty. This folder serves as a technical reference for authorized and qualified service technicians performing load cell replacement, installation, or calibration on Elebia hooks. For related electronic procedures, users should also refer to the PCB_Electronics_Service and Calibration_Service folders.
