6. Storage Recommendations

  • For long term storage, charge battery to 50% of its capacity
  • Recharge every 3 months
  • Check charge status every 3 months
  • Do NOT store battery discharged (may cause irreversible damage)
  • Store in a clean, dry area away from water or wet environments

7. Important Warnings and Cautions

  • Never short circuit the terminals
  • Do not expose the battery to heat or a fire source
  • Keep battery clean and dry, away from water or wet environments
  • Do not manipulate the battery (warranty becomes invalid if manipulated)
  • Do not use the battery if there are any impacts, dents, etc.

Low voltage check: If a battery loses its charge and remains uncharged for a long period, check voltage between terminals. Voltage must be more than 7.5 V. If voltage is under this value, do not attempt to charge the battery and send it to Elebia technical service.
