| eMAX | Advanced remote control with high-resolution screen and keypad for full configuration and monitoring. |
| eINST | Installable remote control placed in the crane relay cabinet. Requires simple wiring. Can block the crane's upward movement when the hook is in an intermediate position. Compatible with all cranes. |
| eLINK | The eLINK connects the hook to external systems such as PLCs, SCADA, or crane controls. |
5. LED Status Indicator
The eTrack features an LED status indicator that provides visual feedback during operation:
| LED Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Blue | Clamp is locked – load is secured, no tension on lifting accessory |
| Green | Clamp is unlocked – load is released |
Release condition: Once the rails are safely on the desired surface and there is no tension on the lifting accessory (blue LED), the release order can be given via remote control (green LED indicates load is safely released).
6. Operating Limits
Temperature Range:
The eTrack is designed for normal atmospheric conditions within a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F). The clamp must not be used outside these conditions.
Chemical Exposure:
The eTrack must not be exposed to acids, alkalines, or their vapours.
7. Lifting and Release Procedure
Lifting:
- Attach the eTrack to the rail section
- Lock the clamp using remote control
- Verify blue LED confirms locked status
- Begin lifting operation
Release:
- Place rails safely on desired surface
- Ensure no tension on lifting accessory (blue LED)
- Send release order via remote control
- Green LED confirms load is safely released
8. Critical Warnings for Lifting
- Do NOT lift more than the Working Load Limit of 2,000 kg / 4,409 lb
- Do NOT use the clamp to lift, sustain or transport people
- Do NOT lift loads over people
- Do NOT lift the load until the closure system is confirmed locked
- Do NOT leave the weight sustained on the clamp unattended unless specific precautions have been taken
- Do NOT modify the clamp (by welding, grinding, etc.)
- Check fasteners for integrity and tightness before every use
9. Maintenance and Storage
Inspection: At least once a year, or in case of any damage, the clamp should be inspected, tested and if necessary returned to Elebia Technical Service for review. Frequent visual inspection to detect cracks, deformations and wear is recommended. In the event of cracks or deformations of over 1%, the mechanism must be withdrawn.
Storage:
- Store clean and in a non-humid area to protect against corrosion
- Remove all grit, dirt and mud before storing
- Do not store with the battery inserted
- Disconnect power sources prior to handling
