Hook Batteries – Use Official Models Only

Why Official Batteries Are Required
Elebia hooks require custom battery packs designed specifically for each model. These are not interchangeable with generic lithium cells. Official battery packs include:
- Specific cell configuration matched to the motor requirements of the hook.
- Integrated Battery Management System (BMS) to prevent overcharging and deep discharging.
- Custom physical housing with exact dimensions, contact geometry, and a locking tab system.
- Internal thermostat that disconnects the battery if the hook overheats.
Using a non-official battery can cause PCB damage, erratic motor behavior, unreliable connections, or unsafe operation.

- EVO-1700: compatible with Evo5, Evo10, Evo20, Evo25, S40, and Neo100.
If you are unsure which battery your hook requires, check the label on your current battery or contact Elebia support with your hook's serial number.
Why the Official Charger Also Matters
The Elebia charger provides the correct voltage profile for the BMS and enables BMS resets when needed. Using a third-party charger can make it difficult to diagnose charging issues, as it is unclear whether the problem originates from the battery or the charger.
If you experience charging issues after using a third-party charger, test with the official Elebia charger before concluding the battery is faulty.
