The encoder is an essential sensor that measures the angular position of the Elebia hook.

Calibration is the process of setting up its origin and end position, ensuring that the hook remembers these positions for proper functionality.

Here's what you need to know about Elebia hook encoder calibration:

1. Calibration Process: All Elebia hooks encoders need to be calibrated to function properly. This ensures that the hook operates accurately and efficiently.

2. If the hook has not been calibrated, encoder is malfunctioning or calibration angle differs from the expected angle for the hook model, the hook will not respond to open/close orders. It is crucial to ensure that the calibration angle matches the expected angle for seamless operation.

3. Audible Signals: When the hook is calibrated, it will emit a double beep when it reaches its open/close end positions.

4. Led signals: if the hook has leds, it will show green when open, blue when closed, and red when in between.

By understanding the importance of encoder calibration and being aware of the audible and led signals, users can ensure that their Elebia hooks are properly calibrated for optimal performance. If you encounter any issues with calibration, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
