Elebia products are designed to ensure that the load is always securely held, making it impossible for the load to be accidentally released.
If one of the hooks runs out of battery during an operation, the load will remain safely attached to the hook.
To release the load, please connect another charged battery and proceed with the normal release operation.
Elebia recommends keeping spare batteries available at all times to avoid operational downtime due to a discharged battery.
If it becomes necessary to detach the load and no charged battery is available, the release can be performed once the load is placed on the ground and no pressure is applied to the hook—either manually or using the manual override function, depending on the hook being used.
