Match the marks so the chain is aligned
When both sprockets are in position, place the chain.
Match again the mark of the main sprocket and place the chain on the secondary sprocket.
When placing the front cover of the NEO20 lifting hook, hold the lock pin with your finger.
Place the front cover until the lock pin rests on the secondary sprocket.
Use a long tool to push back the lock pin so the cover can settle correctly.
Manually turn the clutch until all the screw holes are aligned and insert screws.
Insert the main screws (3 on the top + 3 on the bottom) without tightening them.
Insert the 4 non-rotating screws of the axes (2 from the front cover + 2 from the back cover) without tightening them.
Once inserted, tighten them using Loctite for screws.
To calibrate the NEO20 lifting hook, press the manual button and insert the battery.
Once you hear a “BEEP”, release the manual button.
Press the manual button once more and release.
After calibrating, try the NEO20 lifting hook’s functionality.
When the hook opens or closes, the hook emits two “BEEPS”.
If this does not occur, you must calibrate the hook once more.
If the calibration is correct, tighten the main screws. First the 3 on the top, the first one being the middle screw.
Once these 3 main screws have been tightened, confirm by pressing the manual operation button that the hook opens and closes correctly.
Tighten the 3 main screws from the bottom and confirm once more by pressing the manual operation button that the hook opens and closes correctly.
Place and close the side covers.
Last but not least, tighten the 4 screws of the LED status indicator.
