Repair Procedures
This folder contains repair procedures for qualified service personnel working with Elebia products. It includes step-by-step guides for common repairs that can be performed outside of full factory service, such as: lock pin replacement (replacing worn or damaged locking pins on hook mechanisms), spring latch replacement (replacing the safety latch/spring latch assembly), and antenna repair (fixing or replacing damaged radio antennas on hooks or remote controls). These procedures require appropriate tools, spare parts (identified via the Spare_Parts_Catalogs folder), and technical competence. Incorrect execution can lead to unsafe operation, reduced functionality, or voiding of the product warranty. This folder serves as a reference for authorized and qualified service technicians performing field repairs on Elebia equipment. For advanced repairs involving internal components such as motor, clutch, gear, PCB, load cell, or encoder, users should refer to the HOW_TO_FOR_QUALIFIED_SERVICE folder (Motor_Clutch_Gear_Service, PCB_Electronics_Service, Load_Cell_Service, etc.). For basic maintenance tasks (cleaning, latch inspection, storage), users should refer to the Basic_Maintenance folder under HOW_TO_FOR_USERS. For spare parts identification and ordering, users should refer to the Spare_Parts_Catalogs subfolder under SPARE_PARTS_REPAIRS.
