Certificates
This folder contains information about training certificates for Elebia product courses. It includes: how to obtain your training certificate after successfully completing an online course (including the automatic email delivery process), certificate validity period (12 months from the date of completion), renewal process (procedures for recertification after expiration), and how to access your certificate via email (including what to do if you cannot find or have not received your certificate). This folder also covers certificate content (what information is included on the certificate, such as user name, course completed, date of completion, and expiration date) and support contacts for certificate-related issues. This folder serves as a reference for operators, maintenance personnel, and customers who need to obtain, renew, or verify their Elebia training certification. For course access and completion procedures, users should refer to the Online_Courses subfolder under TRAINING_CERTIFICATION. For product certificates (DNV, ATEX, CE, FCC, ARIB, battery 38.3), users should refer to the Certificates folder under TECHNICAL_DOCUMENTS.
