The eMAX features three distinct levels of security. The lowest level is the USER profile, which allows you to set up to four different profiles. The factory default profile is ADMIN, which grants access to certain parameters, some of which are restricted for technical service personnel. For comprehensive access, the SERVICE profile is available, allowing trained distributors and technicians to access all parameters necessary for servicing the hooks.
To switch between profiles or change users, follow these simple steps:
1. Tap on the person icon located at the bottom of the screen.
2. In the menu, you will see three options: Login, Logout, and Modify Password.
3. Select the option you need and enter the corresponding password. You will then be logged into the selected profile.
If you are logging in as a new user, the eMAX will prompt you for a password specific to that user. It is essential to keep this password secure, as losing it may hinder access to the profile.
For the default ADMIN profile, remember to modify the password upon first use and note it down to avoid losing access. Access to the SERVICE profile is restricted and requires you to contact our support team, as it is exclusively for technical service and distributors.
