For eMini V2 (after May 2023)

  1. Insert the battery. while keeping the 'rigger button' pressed.
  2. You will hear a series of fast beeps coming from the hook.
  3. Release the 'rigger button' before hearing a long beep.
  4. On the eMini remote, simultaneously press and hold the 'open' and 'close' buttons. 
  5. The hook will beep, confirming that the link has been established.
  6. Disconnect and then reconnect the hook.
  7. Test to ensure the link is working correctly.
  8. To link multiple eMini remotes to a single hook, repeat step 4 for each additional eMini before proceeding to step 6.

For old emini (before May 2023)



IMPORTANT: First, make sure eMINI remote control is set in one button mode ('1b mode'). Refer to the product user manual (p.10) for this. In this video you can see how to do it. If you purchased an eMini as spare, '1b mode' is set by default.


To create a link between the automatic hook and a remote control there are 3 options:


Option A: (Only for 2nd generation units (from 2012 and later):

  1. Insert battery into the automatic lifting hook.
  2. Turn off the hook's battery.
  3. Press and hold the 'rigger button'. (the button on the hook to open and close)
  4. While pressing the 'rigger button', power on the battery.
  5. You'll hear a fast beep from the hook.
  6. Release the 'rigger button' (release must take place before listening a long beep).
  7. On the remote control, press the 'mode' button. If you want to add more remotes, press 'mode' button on each remote.
  8. You'll hear a beep for each link created.
  9. Wait until you hear a new beep. (after a few seconds)
  10. Test if link is created.

Option B: Using the eMaster (refer to eMaster instructions) or an eMax (refer to eMAX user manual)


Option C:

  1. Access the main board of the automatic lifting hook.
  2. Press the red button until the red lead turns on and you hear a beep.
  3. On the remote control, press the 'mode' button. If you want to add more remotes, press 'mode' button on each remote.
  4. You'll hear a 'beep' for each link created.
  5. Wait until you hear a new beep. (after a few seconds)
  6. Test if link is created.
